At Valet Gourmet, our goals are simple:

Valet Gourmet was founded in 2003 as Blue Ridge To Go,

and operated under the original name until we re-branded our business in 2010. We started from humble beginnings – with 13 partner restaurants and a staff of only 3 people. Today, we have over 25 people that work with our organization and arrange delivery from over 75 Asheville area restaurants.

What makes us unique?

Along with our re-brand in 2010, we developed a list of Core Values to help guide business decisions and our hiring process. Each person that represents Valet Gourmet meets our Core Values and shares a common goal.
