Valet Gourmet was founded in 2003 as Blue Ridge To Go,
and operated under the original name until we re-branded our business in 2010. We started from humble beginnings – with 13 restaurant partners and a staff of only three people. Today, we have over 50 people that work with our organization and arrange food delivery from over 100 Asheville and Knoxville area restaurants.
WHAT MAKES US UNIQUE?
